The oceans are vast, but they are still full of ships and buoys. Just look at this live tracking map of commercial ship and buoy locations and you'll see how busy things are.

Not just the shipping traffic. All of the other stuff is awesome too. Did anyone notice that Oregon and Washington have an abnormally high amount of weather stations compared to the rest of the US?
