A virtual drum kit

Since I was unable to play in the band because of my back problems, I've been killing my time with this. Still not as good as the real thing, but a fun substitute while I'm stuck here on the couch.

this drum set is good and has good sounds but it cant play sounds at exactly the same time making timing impossible.

This drumset is good for the real life sounds it produces but unlike another virtual kit, you cant do 4/4 and fsat beats because its to slow and you cant hit double like on the snare. i play the drums in real life and im always beating on the desk playing beats but now ive looked for a drum kot and i found a good one that is just like playing drum except the snares, and cymbals, and toms.. are keys on your key board. its fun to try to get the kick drum into your beats. its tricky. but its easy after awhile

I have to say good job, I was really looking for a better alternative than buying an expensive set of drums. However as unfortunate as it is, I've found that nothing can compare to the real time beating of the skins. It seems to me to be a primordial instinct ...not fathomed, not understood....though learned. Numbers...yes, however to program emotion is yet to be done and I feel that is what true music is about, thus I feel that the true feeling of grabbing a stick and massaging the skin or down right smashing it is entirely personal.
By the way I'm a guitar player who would love to have played the drums instead. (can't afford both)
